My name is Andra Swanson. I have been in the Hill City School District since 1983 coaching on and off for the past 32 some years. This is my 32nd year of teaching in the school district which I enjoy very much.  I graduated from Hill City High in 1979 and Huron University in 1983. My family consists of my husband Guy and our children Brandi, Clay, Dusty and Marshall. I have 6 grandchildren .I love the sun and the outdoors.

work on your 5 dot drill

You don't have to have a ladder to work on your agility drills.  a piece of  wood, shoe string  anything you can put on the floor or outside to jump between. Use a rake after you rake the lawn. Good luck
